Description: Advanced Energy & Manufacturing Stored Energy Technology: The purpose of the Advanced Energy and Manufactoring Technology Initiative (AEMTI) is to advance the introduction of affordable advance power technologies into military land warfare systems, to include the legacy, interim, and objective force vehicles. The AEMTI's focus combines a unique blending of advanced power technology strategy, developed in conjuction with the automotive industry and its associated suppliers, the manufacturing initiatives required to ensure the affordability of these advanced power technologies and the necessary economic and business modeling required for the successful introduction into both the military and commercial environments. The integration of these advanced power technologies are geared towards the Future Combat System of Systems (FCS), Future Tactical Truck Systems (FTTS), the systems that comprise the Stryker Bridge Combat Team (SBCT), and legacy platforms.
