Description: Worldwide Infrastructure Security Environment -- provide a multi-level security, distributed computing capability to the warfighter that optimizes the balance between mission and security. The current prototype system has been successfully demonstrated having five linked CONUS sites work collaboratively on documents. The goal is to have a world-wide capability resident on the future Global Information Grid (GIG). (Note: continuing add from previous years).
