Description: This effort provided for development of emerging technologies in support of Navy and DoD transformation. These technologies were enhanced by the use of various modeling and simulation techniques that afforded a more efficient and effective use of resources in an evolving environment. The premise surrounding this effort is that the better the Navy can model and simulate actions/techniques to create greater interoperability among joint forces, the greater the success rate will be once the effort is integrated into the operational environment.
