Description: Four development areas included: (1) Development, testing, and incorporation of software automation tools for the Integrated Undersea Surveillance System Common Processor. (2) Incorporation of a subset of these automation tools into the Advanced Deployable System (ADS) in-buoy processor for adaptive bandwidth management. (3) Manpower loading reduction studies for the use of ADS on LCS as an adjunct to automation and adaptive bandwidth management. (4) Development of software for the Maritime Surveillance System (MSS) mission planning tools previously delivered for maritime surveillance, and implementation of NMCI certification.
