USMC Cost of Readiness (COR) Initiatives

Description: To create a prototype Supply Chain Management (SCM) COR tool that incorporates total life cycle costs for SUMC Weapon Systems. The tool will function in a unique capability as a multi-service, cross platform, integration and optimization program for management of weapon systems and associated Class IX expenditures down to the consumables level. Specific assistance is required in the continued integration of existing systems, development of the computer based SCM process, and assimilation of diverse databases into an integrated application module to support both legacy and future requirements.
