Description: The Integrated Display & Enhanced Architecture (IDEA) is a modular software architecture, which supports the Navy Open Architecture (NOA) common display initiative. Software components will be developed for both the SSDS and AEGIS programs utilizing a spiral development process. Products will be designed for Open Architecture Computing Environment (OACE) Category 3 compliance and will include the Operating Environment, Middleware and Applications.
