Description: Additional Plus-up funds will add funding towards P3I Spiral 1 implementation. These P3I Improvements are required to provide the Fleet with increased Pk and Pck against current threats and improve weapon capabilities to counter evolving threats with evolving countermeasure capabilities through evolutionary acquisition. This program supports the CNO's Naval Transformational Roadmap using the 'Sea Trial' process for incremental capability improvements.
