Description: The objective of the task is to evaluate, based on monitoring data and computer models, the effect of different potential mechanisms that might account for anoxic conditions in Hood Canal, such as various sources of nitrogen loading, river alteration, or ocean forcing, and, further, to evaluate alternative mitigation measures that could reduce the impact of various activities on the oxygen content of the waters of Hood Canal.
