Description: Completed construction of LSC(X) (aka 'X-Craft') and delivered to fleet in June 2005. Installed active rudder system to provide steering redundancy and increase directional stability. Installed various 'fleet ready' upgrades to allow use of vessel in fleet exercises in support of LCS risk reduction. Upgrades included damage control systems, C4I and shock-mitigating seats. Operated vessel in support of LCS risk reduction.
