Description: In FY05 very high quality very thick (1 mm) thick hexagonal ferrite films of outstanding quality were grown by Liquid phase epitaxy. Microwave loss and insertion characterization were performed. Microwave radar circuit tuning continued, and a novel planar MMW antenna was designed and demonstrated.
