Description: This effort created a virtual, collaborative environment connecting the military, industrial, and academic materials communities to support state-of-the-art aerospace materials research focused on Naval aviation issues. The primary focus was to develop and construct the user base and to integrate a consortium of partners into an electronic web-based portal.
