Description: This effort applied the integrated Biological and Chemical Warfare Defense (IBCWD) decision analysis technology software to survey vessels approaching aircraft carriers on the high seas. Transformed the IBCWD software framework into a system that provides situation awareness, real-time response planning, and integrated collaborative center for decision maker interaction.
