Description: The Naval Science and Technology for America's Readiness (N-STAR) effort included the development of an outreach activity at Navy R&D Centers collaborating with universities, community colleges, high schools, and middle schools to create a pipeline of students who are interested in pursuing careers in science and engineering fields. The FY05 effort developed the N-STAR outreach activity at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division.
