Description: This effort developed an understanding of the surface mechanisms of charge transfer in photo induced charge movement sensors, surface nanocrystal structure in thin film gas sensors and surface enhanced raman scattering-based sensors to further the understanding of sensor capabilities in the detection of explosives and their components.
