Description: Construct a 2,121 M2 (22,670 SF) three story reinforced concrete building to house an acoustic research laboratory containing offices, a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) containing a conference room and a reinforced concrete vault. Construct a 195 M2 pre-engineered metal Ships Service Support Building (On Floating Pontoon). Construct a 93 M2 pre-engineered metal Maintenance-Ships Spares Storage Building (On Floating Pontoon). Construct a paved 188 M2 (225 SY) open storage area with area lighting. Transport a 360 foot long x 60 foot wide floating pontoon from the Naval Station Everett to SUBASE Bangor. Distance approx 35 sea miles. Install deep water piles capable of withstanding a 100 year storm.
