Description: This project constructs an addition to the Warfare Assessment Laboratory (WAL) for the Performance Assessment Directorate (PAD). PAD serves as NAVSEA's performance assessment agent for air and missile defense systems. It serves as NAVAIR's performance assessment agent for TOMAHAWK. It designs, develops, and implements the criteria, procedures, techniques, and analysis methodology for assessing and monitoring the performance of US Navy and foreign Navy air and missile defense systems and Strike warfare systems. PAD analyzes and evaluates performance of Navy tactical missile firings.
