Description: Public Law 104-333 authorized the Secretary of the Interior to make grants to the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields Foundation for land acquisition within the boundary of the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields National Historic District in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Foundation is the authorized management entity for the national historic district. Public Law 104-333 also authorized the Secretary of the Interior to provide technical and financial assistance to the Foundation for land acquisition within the national historic district. Funding was provided to continue this effort.
