Description: America's Agricultural Heritage Partnership (Silos and Smokestacks) was authorized in 1996. Silos and Smokestacks is a thirty-seven county area in Iowa, which facilitates opportunities for residents and visitors to learn about America's agricultural legacy. Funding was provided to install information kiosks at two welcome centers, implement the Byway and Place Identification Signs program and distribute brochures.
