Citation Excerpt: The conferees have also provided additional funds for the Bureau of Reclamation to continue its successful alliance with the International Center for Water Resources Management at Central State University in Ohio, the Ohio View Consortium, and Colorado State University, for the development of advanced remote sensing technologies for use in operational decisionmaking to deal with the current drought conditions and with future constraining events.
