Citation Excerpt: Senate Appropriations Committee Report 108-342: "DOD/FAA Facilities Transfer.'The Committee recommendation includes $3,200,000, which is essentially the same level of funding that was appropriated in fiscal year 2004. Funding provided above the budget increase is for necessary improvements and continued operations of the airport radar approach control at Lawton/Fort Sill Regional Airport in Oklahoma."
