Citation Excerpt: The Committee provides $3,000,000 out of available funds to continue the implementation of the Alien Species Action Plan which was adopted by the FAA as part of its August 26, 1998, Record of Decision approving certain improvements at Kahului Airport on the Island of Maui. These funds will be used to complete capital projects that were started in fiscal year 2002 and continue the operational requirements imposed by the ASAP.
