Description: This grant is a continuation from FY 2004 (#1521), 2003 (#1014), and 2004 (#286). The grant will provide for construction only for the expansion of the Magee-Women's Research Institute. The expansion will consist of a 7-story, 70,000 sq. ft. addition composed of 2 floors of animal holding and support space, and 5 floors of research labs, offices and conference spaces. The addition will be constructed on top of an existing one-story mechanical building.
