Description: The hospital will be expanding the Mother/Baby Unit. The funds will be used to purchase birthing beds, post delivery queen size beds, infant warmers and fetal heart monitors and cardiac monitors for mothers. A surgery table, emergency crash cart and an anestesia machine are needed for the C-Section Surgery Room. An updated security system is needed to protect mothers and infants. The funds will also be used to purchase computer software and equip six additional work stations with computer hardware.
