Description: This is a continuation of the project that was funded in FY 2002 (#325), FY 2003 (#1071) and FY 2004 (#1589). The FY 2005 funds will be used to support Phase 2 of the project. Phase 2 includes both renovation and construction of new space for the addition of surgical services, holding areas, operating rooms, post anesthesia care, and critical care beds.
