Description: This is a Continuation Project from FY 2004 (#1149). The Ed Roberts Campus (ERC) is using the HRSA funding for Phase II of its design: Concept Design Refinement & Schematic Design. Phase II anticipates refining the conceptual design based on the environmental review and public review processes. Phase II began in February 1, 2003 and is expected to be completed no later than February 1, 2007. The approximately 80, 000 square foot project will house the offices of the collaborating organization as well as fully accessible meeting rooms, a computer/media resource center, a health and fitness center, a cafeteria, and a childcare center.
