Description: Regional Neuroscience Center is home to the area's only PET scanner. Center neurologists use up-to-the-minute transcranial Doppler studies electromyography (EMG), (EEGs, NCVs and CT scans to obtain clear views of any part of the body. The Pain Management Center is one of the three pain centers in the country that takes a multidisciplinary approach to pain control. Center patients work closely with physicians, psychologists and other pain management specialists to determine the source of pain and develop appropriate treatment plans.
