Description: The Upper Colorado River Recovery Program is a partnership of entities located in the upper Colorado River basin. The partnership includes the Service, the Bureau of Reclamation, State and local agencies, and water users. All participants of the Colorado River Fish Recovery program are expected to implement and assist in recovery strategies for the endangered humpback chub, Colorado pikeminnow, razorback sucker, and bonytail chub.
