Description: Passthrough. In 2005, Congress provided additional funds to the FWS to help integrate newly acquired lands at Don Edwards NWR. The funds were placed in the Partners for Fish and Wildlife program so as not to insert earmarks into the NWRS budget section. Funds paid for an FTE and rehabiliation work on the newly acquired land.
