Description: The BIA, through the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005, was directed to include $4,500,000 for the Eastern Band of Cherokee education campus at the Ravensford Tract as part of the Tribal School Construction Demonstration Program (Sec. 125, P.L. 107-63). The Program requires that participating tribes contribute 50 percent of the costs of construction.
