Citation Excerpt: That of the funds appropriated under this heading [Economic Support Fund], $5,000,000 shall be made available to continue to support the provision of wheelchairs for needy persons in developing countries.

Citation Comment: From Senate Report: The Committee provides $10,000,000 under the ESF account for wheelchairs for needy persons in developing countries. Of this amount, the Committee directs $5,000,000 be provided to Wheelchairs for the World, and expects these funds to be matched by private donations on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
