Expanding Electronic Tax Products for Businesses Performance Measures - Summary View
The Expanding Electronic Tax Products for Businesses (EETPB) reduces the tax-reporting burden on businesses while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government operations, provides for timely and accurate tax information from businesses, and simplifies the Federal and state reporting process.
There are 24 million businesses. Approximately 5.5 million tax-exempt organizations filed in the 2006 filing season.
