To tell if you have the current release, open the Help-About dialog box. If you have the current release, it should look like this:

If the Help-About dialog box for your installed copy looks like this (see especially the "Revision 1L" toward the top), then you have the current release.

If not, you may need to download the installation package to install the current release.
