To tell if you have the current release, open the Help-About dialog box. The "About" screen should note that this is version 1.2c released on January 13, 2009. See the screenshot below:

If the Help-About dialog box for your installed copy looks like this, then you have the current release.

If not, you may need to download the installation package to install the current release.
