President George W. Bush is presented with a plaque at his meeting with members of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force/Headquarters European Theater of Operations U.S. Army Veterans Association Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, in the Oval Office at White House. The group was organized in 1985 as a way to pay tribute to the memory of their supreme commander, Dwight D.
