President Bush Signs H.R. 9, H.R. 2872 and H.R. 5117

On Thursday, July 27, 2006, the President signed into law:

H.R. 9, the "Fannie Lou Hamer, Rosa Parks, and Coretta Scott King Voting Rights Act Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 2006."

H.R. 2872, the "Louis Braille Bicentennial-Braille Literacy Commemorative Coin Act."

H.R. 5117, which exempts persons with disabilities from the prohibition against providing section 8 rental assistance to college students.
