President Signs H.R. 5865, the "Returned Americans Protection Act of 2006"
On Thursday, July 27, 2006, the President signed into law:
H.R. 5865, the "Returned Americans Protection Act of 2006," which temporarily increases funding for the program of temporary assistance for United States citizens returned from foreign countries.
