Presidential Delegation to Attend Opening of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline in Turkey

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Turkey to attend the Opening of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline on July 13, 2006.

The Honorable Jeffrey Clay Sell, Deputy Secretary of Energy, will lead the delegation.
