Today Vice President Dick Cheney and his wife Mrs. Lynne Cheney welcomed their fifth grandchild, Richard Jonathan Perry. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was born at 11:19 a.m. at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C., July 11, 2006.
