President Signs H.R. 1053, H.R. 1691, S. 2064 and S. 2275

On Thursday, March 23, 2006, the President signed into law:

H.R. 1053, which authorizes the President to extend permanent normal trade relations to Ukraine.

H.R. 1691, which designates a Department of Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic as the "John H. Bradley Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic;"

S. 2064, which designates a facility of the United States Postal Service as the Malcolm Melville "Mac" Lawrence Post Office; and

S. 2275, the "National Flood Insurance Program Enhanced Borrowing Authority Act of 2006," which temporarily increases the Federal Emergency Management Agency's borrowing authority for carrying out the National Flood Insurance Program.
