President Announces Secretary Margaret Spellings to Lead U.S. Delegation to Attend Opening Ceremonies of Paralympic Games

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the Opening Ceremonies of the IX Paralympic Winter Games in Torino, Italy.

The Honorable Margaret Spellings, U.S. Secretary of Education, will lead the delegation.
