President's Remarks at U.S. University Presidents Summit on International Education
President George W. Bush returns the "Hook'em Horns" hand gesture back to audience members, Thursday, Jan. 5, 2006, as he is being introduced by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at the State Department, prior to his remarks to the U.S. University Presidents Summit on International Education.
