President Signs H.R. 2967, H.R. 3765, S. 37 and S. 1285

On Friday, November 11, 2005, the President signed into law:

H.R. 2967, which designates the Federal building located at 333 Mt. Elliott Street in Detroit, Michigan, as the "Rosa Parks Federal Building."

H.R. 3765, which extends through March 31, 2006, the Army's authority to accept and expend funds contributed by non-Federal entities to expedite the processing of permits.

S. 37, which extends for two years the U.S. Postal Service's authority to issue special postage stamps to help provide funding for breast cancer research.

S. 1285, which designates the Federal building located at 333 Mt. Elliott Street in Detroit, Michigan, as the "Rosa Parks Federal Building," and the annex, located on the 200 block of 3rd Street Northwest in the District of Columbia, to the E. Barrett Prettyman Federal Building and United States Courthouse located at Constitution Avenue Northwest in the District of Columbia as the "William B. Bryant Annex."
