President George W. Bush receives the results of the 2004 Monitoring the Future study from Director John Walters of the Office of National Drug Control Policy in the Oval Office Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2004. The study measures drug, alcohol and cigarette use among adolescent students nationwide.
