William H. Pryor Jr., of Alabama, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit, vice Emmett Ripley Cox, retired, to which position he was appointed during the last recess of the Senate.
Mary J. Schoelen, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims for the term of fifteen years, vice John J. Farley, III, term expiring.
