Medics Join Iraqi Civil Defense Corps
Iraq Fact of the Day

The Iraqi Civil Defense Corps now has 66 trained medics, men and women who just completed the first combat medic course in Iraq. These new medics learned important life saving skills, including those taught by the U.S.. Army's Combat Lifesaver Program. The 66 medics are beginning their service, 16 in Baghdad and 50 medics, in platoons deployed across the country.
