Nominations and Withdrawal Sent to the Senate

NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE:

Paul V. Applegarth, of Connecticut, to be Chief Executive Officer, Millennium Challenge Corporation. (New Position)

John Campbell, of Virginia, a Career Member of the Senior Foreign Service, Class of Minister-Counselor, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Ricardo H. Hinojosa, of Texas, to be Chair of the United States Sentencing Commission, vice Diana E. Murphy, resigned.

Michael O'Neill, of Maryland, to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission for a term expiring October 31, 2009. (Reappointment)

WITHDRAWAL SENT TO THE SENATE:

Jaymie Alan Durnan, of New Hampshire, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Army, vice Mario P. Fiori, which was sent to the Senate on November 21, 2003.
