Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the Inauguration of Oscar Berger Perdomo as the President of Guatemala on January 14, 2004.

The Honorable Jeb Bush, Governor of Florida, will serve as head of the delegation.
