State of the Union Address

President George W. Bush delivers his State of the Union Address to the nation and a joint session of Congress in the House Chamber of the U.S. Capitol Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2004. "We must continue to pursue an aggressive, pro-growth economic agenda.
