Statement by the Press Secretary
On Monday, December 1, 2003, the President signed into law the following bill:
S. 1590, which redesignates the facility of the United States Postal Service, located at 315 Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York, as the "James E. Davis Post Office Building."
