Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to nominate David L. Huber, of Kentucky, to be United States Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky for a four-year term. Mr. Huber currently serves within the same District as Assistant United States Attorney. Previously he served as General Counsel for the Office of U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell. Earlier in his career, Mr. Huber served as Vice President and General Counsel for the Glenmore Distilleries Company of Louisville. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville and his J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law.
